Ethan Perez

Ethan Perez is a Third-year composition student at the University of Hartford. Ethan was born in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the United States in 2010. Since then, he has been living in Naugatuck, Connecticut. He began his musical studies at Waterbury Arts Magnet School, where he studied piano and played violin in the orchestra. Since then, Ethan has started writing neo-classical chamber music inspired by Romantic classical composers. His work emphasizes storytelling and word painting. Currently, he is part of the Hartt School of Music Composers Ensemble.
