Ophelia Ariadne Worbes

Ophelia Ariadne Worbes is a German composer and vocalist whose work is rooted in contemporary classical music while drawing on a background in jazz and improvisation. She is currently a full-scholarship student in composition at Berklee College of Music, studying with Richard Carrick and Kris Davis, and has participated in masterclasses with Ellen Reid, Felipe Lara, and Nina Young. Her works have been read by ensembles such as the Mivos Quartet and the Nightingale Vocal Ensemble, and she has collaborated across disciplines, including projects with choreographer Emma Hourigan and as a member of Berklee’s Interdisciplinary Arts Institute.
